Job Description:

Are you a HSE professional looking to bring your skills to a large global leader known for its engineering excellence and innovation, based in Wales?

This is an onsite role for a minimum 12-month term. 35 hours per week.

As a Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting a large-scale industrial operation, ensuring that robust H&S practices are embedded across the business. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise confidently with senior business stakeholders, building strong and effective working relationships across departments.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, audits, and inspections, driving compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on all H&S matters, including incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of proactive safety strategies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help build a best-in-class H&S culture.
  • This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation, and sustainable growth.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar H&S role, ideally within facilities management, construction, manufacturing, or maintenance environments.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessments, audits, and Health & Safety legislation.
