Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager

Overview

The Role
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust HSE systems and policies.
  • Deliver in-house training programs.
  • Lead safety audits, near-miss reporting, and risk assessments.
  • Utilize incident and data insights to drive site-wide improvements.
  • Support compliance with regulations such as COSHH, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
  • Engage with stakeholders including HSE, Environment Agency, and Fire Service.
  • Chair and co-chair internal HSE meetings and forums.
  • Contribute HSE input to site expansion, equipment layout, and project planning.
  • Assist with occupational health issues and claims investigations.
