Health and Safety Advisors provide day-to-day expertise and guidance to support the business, ensuring Colt’s people (including partners and suppliers) are safe and well.
Job Description

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of Colt’s health and safety strategy across the regional area, seeking areas for continuous improvement

• Maintaining Health and Safety governance across Colt

• Offering expert health and safety advice to Colt’s people at all levels, including external suppliers

• Leading on audits, site and facility inspections and undertake any accident and incident investigations where necessary

• Producing performance reports, incident and investigation reports and other safety related documentation in a concise and timely manner

• Engaging with suppliers to ensure effective Health and Safety management throughout the supply chain
