Are you ready to advance your career in health and safety with a leading Principal Contractor? A reputable construction and property contractor is seeking a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager to join their expanding team. With a turnover exceeding £500 million and long-term contracts with major organizations across the property sector, this role is vital for their ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

• Implement health and safety policies and procedures on site, ensuring compliance and staying updated with legislative changes.
• Visit sites and engage with key stakeholders to clarify responsibilities and address technical health and safety inquiries.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and investigate accidents, continuously seeking improvements in health and safety performance.
• Engage with clients and external stakeholders, serving as a key point of contact.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role, ideally within construction, property, or building maintenance.
• Hold a NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma is desirable).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.

An UK Driver's license is essential.
