Job Description:

Location and Travel: The role is based in Solihull with travel to Birmingham and South regions, requiring 3-4 days of site visits per week. The candidate can be based anywhere as long as travel is feasible.

Position Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and inspections across multiple sites in the region.
  • Support the development of a positive health & safety culture.
  • Lead accident investigations and near-miss reports, identifying root causes and implementing improvements.
  • Work autonomously, managing your own diary and workload.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in health & safety, preferably in civil engineering, utilities, energy, or power sectors.
  • Hold a minimum NEBOSH certificate.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel and visit sites 3-4 days per week.
