Contract Type: Full time (Monday – Friday)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time HSE Advisor role at KAEFER UK & Ireland. The role involves overseeing health, safety, and environmental practices, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety programs, inspecting work site(s), providing training and guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position is based at the INEOS site in Grangemouth.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee health, safety, and environmental practices on site
  2. Conduct risk assessments and site inspections
  3. Implement and promote safety programs
  4. Provide training and guidance to staff
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
  • Experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Skills in risk assessment and site inspection
  • Strong training and communication abilities
  • Experience in technical industrial services (beneficial)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • NEBOSH Certification (essential)
  • Membership of IOSH or IIRSM
  • Practical knowledge of UK Health, Safety, and Environmental Regulations
  • Legal right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits

Up to £45,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
