SHE Advisor – Onsite | Civil & HV Experience | Near Dunbar

We’re currently hiring a SHE Advisor to support a major onshore cabling project involving 400kV cable installation. This is a long-term opportunity on a 12-month rolling contract, with work expected to continue until 2028.

Location: Onsite near Dunbar

Contract: Full-time, onsite only

IR35 Status: Inside IR35 – no possibility of outside

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee SHE compliance during onsite trenching and water management works
• Ensure safety measures are in place to prevent flooding during civil works
• Support the safe delivery of 400kV linear cable installation
• Work closely with site teams on all aspects of HSE best practices

Requirements:

• Strong onshore civil engineering experience
• Prior involvement in HV (high voltage) infrastructure projects
• Comfortable working full-time onsite in a fast-paced environment
