Job Description:

CRC Evans is recruiting for an HSE Advisor on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis. The HSE Advisor will support the EMEAA HSE Manager in developing, implementing, and overseeing health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the EMEAA region. The role is primarily based at the Burnley facility and involves monitoring HSE compliance and providing day-to-day support to Burnley function leaders.

• Support the development and implementation of the regional HSE strategy and ensure legal compliance at the Burnley facility.
• Assist operational leaders in investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring thorough root cause analysis.
• Review and monitor corrective and preventive actions for sustainability.
• Analyze accident and incident data to identify trends and develop improvement plans.
• Assist in preparing and presenting HSE performance reports to senior management to promote continuous improvement.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Experience with EHS Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001
• Membership of IOSH at the Technical level
• Solid knowledge of UK HSE legislation
• Focused, intelligent, and priority-driven
• Motivated with a structured approach
