Connect Appointments have a unique opportunity for a Health and Safety Coordinator to join our established client in Livingston!

Salary: Negotiable

Working as a Health and Safety Coordinator:

• Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures for Health & Safety
• Monitor and evaluate each department, using the skills matrix to ensure training is prioritised in accordance with business needs
• Assist in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborating with management on H&S statistics and KPIs
• Ensure adequate provision of first-aid and welfare facilities, as well as a safe working environment without risk to health

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working within a similar environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant qualifications (or working towards these)
• A flexible approach
• Extensive knowledge of health and safety
