We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Consultant to join a renowned UK-based Health and Safety consultancy based in Daventry. This is a hybrid role, working from home with travel across the UK as required. A full driving license and willingness to travel nationwide are essential.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide up-to-date guidance for clients in accordance with Health & Safety legislation.
• Communicate effectively with all parts of the client's business to manage risks.
• Produce reports on technical services for clients.
• Evaluate clients' Health and Safety Management systems for adequacy.
• Develop policies and procedures, and visit sites to implement them.
• Offer telephone advice and support to clients as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Full driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Minimum graduate IOSH qualification, with broad, multi-industry experience preferred.
• Experience in the Construction industry is advantageous.
• Service-oriented with a focus on delivering efficient, timely services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Credibility and ability to engage and sell to diverse clients.
• Effective prioritization skills for managing multiple clients.
• Strong relationship-building skills adaptable to different personalities.
• Accurate report writing skills.
• Proficiency with IT systems, including Microsoft Office, databases, and CRM systems.
• Excellent diary and time management skills.
• Knowledge of fire safety is an advantage.

Compensation

The role offers a salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
