Health & Safety Consultant - Home Based with Travel, Daventry
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Consultant to join a renowned UK-based Health and Safety consultancy based in Daventry. This is a hybrid role, working from home with travel across the UK as required. A full driving license and willingness to travel nationwide are essential.

Role Responsibilities
- Provide up-to-date guidance for clients in accordance with Health & Safety legislation.
- Communicate effectively with all parts of the client's business to manage risks.
- Produce reports on technical services for clients.
- Evaluate clients' Health and Safety Management systems for adequacy.
- Develop policies and procedures, and visit sites to implement them.
- Offer telephone advice and support to clients as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Full driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.
- Minimum graduate IOSH qualification, with broad, multi-industry experience preferred.
- Experience in the Construction industry is advantageous.
- Service-oriented with a focus on delivering efficient, timely services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Credibility and ability to engage and sell to diverse clients.
- Effective prioritization skills for managing multiple clients.
- Strong relationship-building skills adaptable to different personalities.
- Accurate report writing skills.
- Proficiency with IT systems, including Microsoft Office, databases, and CRM systems.
- Excellent diary and time management skills.
- Knowledge of fire safety is an advantage.
Compensation
The role offers a salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
