Job summary

Vaccination UK is seeking a Health, Safety & Compliance Manager to oversee workforce compliance, training and governance across the organisation, ensuring regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements are met.

Working with HR, Clinical Leads and Senior Management, you will monitor records, manage audits, support inspection readiness, and lead the development of training programmes to promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in HR, governance or compliance.
• Professional qualification in HR, compliance, health and safety desirable.
• Experience managing organisational training and learning programmes.
• Experience of delivering training, workshops or learning interventions.
• Knowledge of LMS and training compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce compliance, training and governance across Vaccination UK.
• Monitor compliance records, audits and risk actions; prepare dashboards for management.
• Develop and deliver training and competency programmes to promote continuous learning.
• Maintain ISO 45001 Health & Safety Management System oversight; readiness for audits.
