A leading company in the compliance sector is seeking a Health, Safety & Compliance Advisor in Bradford. The successful candidate will enhance safety standards for nationwide projects, owning compliance operations and collaborating with senior leadership. This permanent and full-time role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, as well as qualifications in Health & Safety. You will play a vital role in securing the highest industry standards across various projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Health & Safety (NEBOSH or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 preferred).
• Flexible and willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance efforts and oversee property audits.
• Conduct desktop reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Travel across the UK for site visits to ensure compliance.

Location: Bradford – 1 day per week (Nationwide Travel Required)

Are you ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced industry? We’re seeking a driven Health, Safety & Compliance Advisor to lead and enhance safety standards across nationwide accommodation projects. This is your chance to take ownership of compliance operations, influence senior leadership and ensure projects meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Compliance Efforts: Oversee and improve third-party property audits to ensure top-tier safety and compliance.
• Drive Actionable Change: Conduct in-depth desktop reviews, implement corrective actions, and deliver practical solutions.
• Be on the Ground: Travel across the UK to carry out site visits and ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with senior leaders, auditors, and stakeholders to align with regulatory frameworks.
• Own Risk Management: Analyse safety data, lead investigations, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

About You:

• Qualified in Health & Safety (NEBOSH or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 preferred).
• Exceptional communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Flexible and willing to travel nationwide.
• Background in the hotel industry, FMCG, housing, or local authority is preferred.
• Project management experience is highly desirable.
