The role
Manchester Airport seeks a Health and Safety Business Partner to support its growth. The role involves providing technical support and guidance to ensure compliance with health and safety laws and regulations. The partner will offer professional judgment on risk management and incident prevention, requiring strong analytical skills for continuous improvement and compliance.
What will make you successful?
Candidates should have experience with ISO 45001 management systems and maintaining high safety standards in high-risk environments. Essential criteria include at least 5 years of experience in complex, hazardous settings; a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent; development of health and safety policies; investigation leadership and root cause analysis; risk management expertise; proficiency in performance monitoring systems; auditing experience; strong communication skills; and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
