Job Description - Health & Safety Business Partner (25826)
Job Title: Health & Safety Business Partner
Location: Based in the South of England, with hybrid working arrangements. You will have the flexibility to work from home and be based at one of our national offices, such as London, Southampton, or Welwyn Garden City.
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience. A car allowance and benefits such as a health cash plan and Wagestream are included.

We focus on developing and implementing health and safety strategies, plans, and policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. We value strong relationships across the business and with external partners.
Role Overview: As a Health and Safety Business Partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders within your Southern region, support operational management with training programs, conduct health and safety audits, and compile management reports. You will also support procurement processes and maintain relationships within the supply chain.
