Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactiveHealth & Safety Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures across our operations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. You will work closely with management and staff to promote a culture of safety, conduct risk assessments, and deliver health and safety training. The successful candidate will be a key driver in fostering continuous improvement in health and safety standards throughout the organisation, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and industry best practices.

To be successful you will have:

  • Chartered Membership of IOSH
  • NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in health and safety within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and regulations in the UK
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols
  • Experience in delivering health and safety training to staff at all levels
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to influence and motivate employees to promote safety best practices
