The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, focusing on wellbeing initiatives and compliance. Allwyn UK is part of Allwyn Entertainment Group – a multi-national lottery operator with a market-leading presence in Austria, the Czech Republic, Greece, Cyprus, and Italy. In 2022, Allwyn was selected in a government tender as the Licensee to operate the UK’s National Lottery from February 2024.

A bit about the role…
As our Health, Safety & Wellbeing Lead, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our health, safety, and colleague wellbeing strategies. This role goes beyond compliance and risk management—it plays a key role in shaping our workplace culture by promoting physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through innovative initiatives, events, and a compelling employee value proposition.
