Weekly hours: 37.5

Fixed Term (FTC): 30 months

Your responsibilities:
  • Discuss and update H&S training requirements, audit results, current risks, and strategic planning.
  • Identify and collate area-specific health and safety data, challenges, incidents, trends, concerns, and training needs.
  • Organize quarterly Health and Safety campaigns and other relevant communication as directed by the Health and Safety Manager.
  • Be an active member of the business Wellbeing Steering Group.
  • Support internal and external Health and Safety audits and related activities/tasks. Develop and manage any required actions and produce an action plan tracker.
Your profile:
  • Aiming towards a Health and Safety related qualification
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, effective communication to ensure engagement at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an efficient team, creating relationships
  • Assess situations, recognize difficulties, and determine the actions needed for successful outcomes
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
