Health, Safety and Fire Consultant
Salary £40,000 - £52,000 + car/ car allowance + benefits package
Location Home Based with travel in the Nottinghamshire area

We are currently looking for experienced and qualified Health, Safety & Fire Consultants to join a prestigious, high-profile fast-growing Consultancy that are passionate about Health and Fire Safety. The consultancy works with a wide range of clients across a number of sectors and provides their consultants unparalleled development and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Attend various client sites and conduct Health & Safety risk assessments and audits
  • Provide bespoke Health and Safety documentation and management systems to our clients’ customers
  • Carry out and create Fire risk assessments
  • Carry out and create specific client risk assessments
  • Create Health & Safety Management reports
  • Identify client requirements through surveying client premises and conduct safety audits
  • Advise, guide and coach all personnel with the implementation of the Company Procedures
  • Ensure needs and expectations are met in accordance with their contracted services and advise on all current occupational H&S and environmental legislation
  • Carry out audits and inspections of health & safety practices across the business
  • Provide client training as required to their service and use of their Health and safety management system
  • Experience of advising in a multi-site environment
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required
  • Experience in a consultancy environment desirable
  • CertIOSH or willing to work towards
  • Engaging Health and Safety Professional with excellent people skills and a can-do approach
  • Recognised Fire Qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptable team member
