Health, Safety and Fire Consultant
Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 + car allowance + benefits package
Location: Remote, managing Clients in the Lancashire area

We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified Health, Safety & Fire Consultant to join a prestigious, high-profile fast-growing Consultancy that is passionate about Health and Fire Safety.

You will be based from home and will travel to client sites in the Essex and Hertfordshire area.

Responsibilities

1. Attend various client sites and conduct Health & Safety risk assessments and audits
2. Provide bespoke Health and Safety documentation and management systems to our clients' customers
3. Carry out and create Fire risk assessments
4. Carry out and create specific client risk assessments
5. Create Health & Safety Management reports
6. Identify client requirements through surveying client premises and conduct safety audits
7. Advise, guide and coach all personnel with the implementation of the Company Procedures
8. Ensure needs and expectations are met in accordance with their contracted services
9. Advise on all current occupational H&S and environmental legislation
10. Conduct audits and inspections of health & safety practices across the business
11. Provide client training as required to their service and use of their Health and Safety management system
12. Experience of advising in a multi-site environment

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required

1. Experience in a consultancy environment desirable
2. CertIOSH or willingness to work towards it
3. Engaging Health and Safety Professional with excellent people skills and a can-do approach
4. Recognised Fire Qualification
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Driving License essential
7. Adaptable team member

Locations: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: up to £47,000 dependent on skills and qualifications
