Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor | Llanelli, Wales | ~£30,000-£36,000 DOE + Further Benefits

This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of safety initiatives across a large facility while enjoying support with further development with your Health and Safety qualifications and skills.

Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor will include:

• Assisting in ensuring the site is compliant with both UK legislation and in line with wider group strategy for health and safety
• Delivering Risk Assessments across the site whilst accurately reporting on health and safety performance
• Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders including senior management, operational staff and external regulators
• Providing health and safety support across the site and always seeking opportunities to improve and develop health and safety

The successful Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within Manufacturing or a related industry
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (desirable)
• Environnemental qualifications such as IEMA Certificate or equivalent (desirable)
• A hands-on and visible approach, with the ability to be present across the site and actively engage with teams at all levels
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence and support colleagues and a wide range of stakeholders
• An enthusiastic, positive, and proactive attitude toward health, safety, and environmental best practices
