Are you a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact on cultural change in an innovative and rapidly growing SME manufacturer?

You will be joining at an exciting period of development, change and strategic significance for the organisation.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be autonomously responsible for creating and executing the Health, Safety and Environmental strategy. You will also develop internal HSE processes and policies to ensure compliance with Life Saving Policies, corporate standards, national HSE legislation and regulations; whilst driving improvements in Process Safety Management and execution across the business, working in conjunction with engineering and production.
Who we’re looking for?
You will be qualified to at least NEBOSH level and will be an established leader with experience of leading HSE in manufacturing environments. You will have significant experience of leading cultural change and building an EHS excellence culture, with the ability to drive and facilitate change, by building trust and communicating effectively and with high impact. Experienced in creating and executing formal Risk Management programs; with knowledge and experience in attainment of ISO 14001 certification and other related certification e.g. ISO 50001.
