Omega Resource Group in Hinckley is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to lead HSE compliance, strategy and continuous improvement across two UK sites. You will drive a positive safety culture, ensure legal compliance, manage audits and investigations, and support environmental and sustainability initiatives.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will develop the HSE strategy, deliver training, track performance metrics, act as SME for all HSE matters, and collaborate

Competenze

• NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent.
• CMIOSH or working towards Chartered status.
• Proven HSE management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience leading investigations, audits and risk management programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Continuous Improvement experience; Six Sigma accreditation advantageous.

A well-established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to lead HSE compliance, strategy and continuous improvement across 2 UK sites.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving a positive safety culture, ensuring legal compliance, managing audits and investigations, and supporting environmental and sustainability initiatives.

Main Duties HSE Manager

• Lead and develop the HSE strategy across 2 locations.
• Ensure compliance with UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Manage accident, incident and near-miss investigations, implementing corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training and promote a strong safety culture.
• Track and report key HSE performance metrics.
• Support environmental compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the subject matter expert for all HSE matters across the business.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following HSE Manager

• NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent.
