A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager in Chipping Norton. This role offers a salary of GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 per annum and a bonus scheme based on company performance. The ideal candidate will have significant HSE experience, ideally in manufacturing, and relevant qualifications. This is a 6-month FTC with potential for extension.

Our client, a leading manufacturer experiencing exponential growth, is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager to join their team. This role involves advising and consulting on HSE matters within the business. The initial contract is for 6 months with potential extension.

The HSE Manager will promote and maintain the HSE culture, monitor HSE metrics, assess risks, and contribute to improvement projects.

Key Experience:

1. Significant experience in an HSE environment, preferably within manufacturing or engineering
2. Strong knowledge of HSE management systems
3. NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety
4. NEBOSH Environmental Management Certification or equivalent, with a desire to achieve
5. Strong administrative and IT skills
6. Approachable personality

The company offers an excellent salary alongside a bonus scheme based on company net profit (0.25%), applicable after successful probation.
