Health, Safety and Environmental Administrator

Millennium Hotels are seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Administrator. As an HSE administrator, you will provide professional advice and support on Safety, Health, and Environmental issues while assisting the SSHE Manager to embed a positive, responsive, and legally compliant Health and Safety culture in line with company policies and procedures.

This is an onsite role based in our Kensington office.

Responsibilities:
  1. Raising awareness of HSE issues
  2. Monitoring compliance with HSE policies
  3. Undertaking inspections and audits across departments
  4. Working with internal stakeholders to develop a positive H&S culture
  5. Maintaining online accident and incident reporting systems, and the e-learning system
  6. Acting as the primary point of contact for your designated cluster of hotels regarding relevant security events or issues, ensuring measures for personal and property security are maintained
  7. Supporting your designated cluster of hotels in developing and periodically testing emergency and crisis arrangements

The Health, Safety, and Environmental Administrator will be responsible for these key duties, contributing to a safe and compliant working environment.
