Employer Location: Cross-campus (Sparsholt and Andover campuses)
Position: Health, Safety and Environment Manager (Full-time)
Salary: Up to £40,680 (depending on qualifications and experience, including a market supplement of up to £5k for a strong candidate with FE sector experience) pro-rated.
Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours/week, 52 weeks/year)

The post holder will be responsible for managing health, safety, and environmental risks, ensuring compliance with legislation, and overseeing safety aspects of the estate including asbestos, legionella, and fire safety. They will support the College in achieving ISO 14001 accreditation and promoting best practices.

Candidate requirements:
The College encourages applicants interested in further health and safety qualifications. The position is primarily based at Sparsholt but requires travel to Andover campus as needed.
There is a private nursery on the Sparsholt campus operated by a commercial provider.
