We are seeking a dynamic Health, Safety, and Environment Manager to lead and inspire a high-performance HS&E culture at S+N. You'll be committed to creating a workplace that enhances the experience for our teams while optimising efficiency and managing assets responsibly. By partnering with our colleagues, you'll help them achieve their goals, whether it's improving efficiency or enhancing safety culture. You'll solve the complexities of improving HSE standards, allowing our colleagues to focus on their core business and shape a better future at S+N.
In this multi-site role, you will be the driving force behind continuous improvement, demonstrating unwavering commitment and resilience. Effective communication is crucial, as you will build strong relationships both internally and externally, paving the way for success. Your ability to positively influence others and convey clear, impactful messages will be key.

What will you need to be successful?
You will hold a qualifying degree or a similar level qualification in a relevant field, or possess equivalent experience. Experience working to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is desirable.
If you have a background in a manufacturing organisation or a highly regulated HS&E environment, that's a huge bonus!
