Description
- Manage and maintain compliance assurance tools to ensure adherence to legal, permit, and internal HSE standards.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of safety protocols related to high–risk operations, including process safety management requirements.
- Design and execute internal audit programs, including behavioural assessments, to proactively detect and address potential compliance issues.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of HSE–related corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to define and document inspection, testing, and maintenance plans for safety–critical equipment and systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert during external audits and inspections related to safety, environmental, health, and fire protection regulations.
- Lead investigations into incidents, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are effectively implemented and shared across the site.
- Develop and manage training programs to ensure all required SHE training is comprehensive, up to date, and tracked to completion.
