Job summary

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to lead H&S across UK/EMEA/Scandinavia on data‑centre projects. The role involves on‑site monitoring, policy implementation, hazard identification and incident investigations.

Ideal candidates hold a NEBOSH Diploma and are pursuing IOSH/IIRSM membership, with strong communication skills and a proven track record in construction or M&E safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible H&S leadership across UK and EMEA project sites.
• Promote and embed H&S mission and wellbeing values across all environments.
• Foster a positive safety culture through engagement and workforce interaction.
• Oversee contractor safety performance and RAMS reviews.
• Develop, implement and maintain H&S policies and procedures.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety training.
• Lead or assist in incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate H&S documentation and reports.
