You will be exposed to multiple different parts of the organisation and have the chance to influence the strategic direction of Health & Safety for the business. The Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for:

• Driving health & safety cultural change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Working across all areas of the business - warehousing, assembly and retail.
• Presenting Health & Safety trends and accident data to senior management.
• Establishing a structured programme of health & safety training throughout the company.

The Health & Safety Advisor will have:

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
• Health & Safety experience in either mobile engineering services or warehousing
• Ability to influence effectively at all levels.
• Go-getter attitude and hunger to have tangible impact to the organisation.
