Are you a qualified Health and Safety professional with experience in complex or multi-occupancy environments? We're seeking an interim Health and Safety Advisor to support a respected educational institution in Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and improve health and safety practices across departments
  • Support compliance with fire safety and relevant legislation
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and accident investigations
  • Provide training and guidance to staff, students, and contractors
  • Contribute to safe event planning and building project support

What You'll Bring:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or NCRQ) and IOSH membership
  • Knowledge of fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene compliance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead on safety matters
  • Experience in residential or higher education settings preferred


This is a hybrid/onsite role based in central Oxford. Part-time hours will be considered. Some access limitations (stairs-only access) apply.
