We're now looking for a dedicated Health & Safety Advisor to join our team at our Fells site in Lennoxtown and help drive continuous improvement across our Health & Safety practices.
About the role:
As a Health & Safety Advisor at Highland Spring, you'll play a key role in supporting all areas of the business to adopt and comply with Health & Safety legislation, as well as our own policies and procedures. Working closely with managers and our Group Health & Safety Manager, you'll provide expert advice, carry out regular inspections and audits, and help promote a strong culture of safety across all sites.
This is a hands-on role that will see you conduct risk assessments, monitor performance metrics, and lead investigations into accidents and incidents. You'll also coordinate Health & Safety meetings and safety representatives to ensure our high standards are consistently met.
You'll be empowered to take decisive action when necessary, including halting unsafe operations to protect people and equipment, with the full backing of the business.
