We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to join Listers. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. You will be required to travel to all Listers sites as needed, although the office is based in Solihull.
You will assist the Head of Aftersales Support and QHSE in managing health and safety compliance across the business. Your responsibilities include handling daily H&S inquiries, offering solutions, conducting site visits to promote a strong H&S culture, performing site inspections, investigating incidents, maintaining records, writing risk assessments, and delivering training sessions.
