Job description

Chichester College, part of the Chichester College Group, is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist the Head of Health & Safety in ensuring our Colleges comply with all health and safety legislation and provide advice and guidance on health and safety matters to internal employees and external employers.

Responsibilities:

As our Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting a positive health and safety culture and ensuring our staff and students have a safe working and learning environment.

Requirements:

A NEBOSH (National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety) is an essential requirement. The ideal candidate will have a track record of ensuring appropriate risk assessments are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner, and a detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the HASWA and all other Health and Safety legislation.
