Are you an experienced Health and Safety/SHEQ professional from an engineering or scientific background, looking for a part-time position?

The company is flexible about how the week will be structured but the role would particularly suit candidates looking for a shorter working day.

The role would be working for a medium-sized growing engineering company with a great reputation.

This is a very varied SHEQ position, to promote and comply with a high-performance safety culture.

The Role

1. Permanent, part-time, office-based position within the engineering sector.
2. Varied role with a focus on both hands-on tasks such as risk assessments, site inspections, and incident reporting, alongside training and policy work.
3. Flexibility on how the working week is structured.

The Person

1. Working background in a SHEQ or health and safety position.
2. Experience in a technical/engineering/scientific environment.
3. NEBOSH certificate or other suitable qualification.
4. Knowledge of ISO18001 and 45001.
