Health & Safety Advisor
Remote with UK-wide travel - Midlands, Southeast, Yorkshire or Northwest base ideal

Excellent opportunity to work for a leading supply equipment installation business. The company works with high-profile clients and offers exposure to innovative projects and diverse risks. The role involves travel (2-3 days per week) and can be based anywhere within easy reach of the company's sites throughout the Midlands, Southeast, Northwest, and Yorkshire.

The Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for:

  1. Working closely with the Health & Safety Manager to manage daily deliverables and workflow, ensuring timely delivery of stakeholder requirements.
  2. Traveling nationally to engage with customers, stakeholders, and site operations teams.
  3. Developing and reviewing health and safety audit plans and schedules.
  4. Ensuring timely completion of incident investigations and lessons learned.
  5. Maintaining up-to-date health and safety documents in line with legislation and best practices.
  6. Planning and reviewing health and safety training components of the corporate training matrix.
  7. Developing knowledge and skills in the area of specialization.
  8. Being a key part of the site Emergency Response Team.

The Health & Safety Advisor will have:

  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) strongly desirable. We are willing to consider candidates with a Certificate level qualification.
  • Experience in logistics, engineering, or manufacturing (preferred).
  • Good presentation, communication, and influencing skills, able to engage and collaborate across organizational functions.
  • Knowledge of CDM regulation (advantageous).
