A Health & Safety Advisor job opportunity has just become available within a business that has supplied components and sub-assemblies to various industries for over 30 years. As they work through a period of growth, this award-winning company is looking to expand its multiple teams, including additional staff within the Health, Safety & Environmental team. The successful advisor will earn a salary circa £38,000+, a company bonus, training opportunities, and flexible working hours where possible.

Health & Safety Advisor duties include:

1. Implement HSE policies in line with UK legislation and company standards.
2. Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

4. Track environmental performance and report to management.
5. Manage emergency plans and coordinate drills.
6. Support site teams and deputise for the HSE Manager as needed.

Health & Safety Advisor desirable skills and experience:

• Experience in a similar position (HSE Officer, etc.).
• Strong environmental expertise within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Systems experience - ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 18001.
• Relevant education - NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.
