Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a health & safety role within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of current legislation, compliance, and safe working practices.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office; experience with digital reporting systems preferred.
  • DBS Certification

Key Responsibilities

Support and help manage health & safety across multiple construction sites,

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.

Assist with site audits, inspections and risk assessments, ensuring best practices are maintained.

Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive safety culture within the organisation.

Support implementation and use of safety systems across sites, including digital compliance and real-time reporting.

Provide advice and support to site teams and supervisors.

Assist with the preparation of clear H&S reports for internal use and leadership review.

Requirements
