From Swimming lessons, to walking football and everything in-between we are driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to effectively deliver and promote our Health Referral Scheme. This is an exciting new role with the opportunity to completely redevelop and manage the scheme across our Freedom Leisure sites in the Ashford Contract.
So that the scheme can be monitored and evaluated effectively you will be working closely with the Healthy Communities Manager & our Fitness Manager to ensure of correct delivery, administration and promotion of the scheme.
Working as a Health Referral Co-ordinator, you will oversee the referral scheme activities and spearhead the development and implementation of various programs, including cancer rehabilitation, dementia care, and menopause movement sessions.
You will be able to build and manage key relationships and cross-sector partnerships across Freedom Leisure, public health and community, voluntary and third sector organisations.
