Job Overview

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within The Digitised Health Records Services to be part of the team based at Online House, Cleppa Park in Newport. This is a new role within the service and you will need to be able to lead and be responsible for sub-projects which will enable the service to implement and increase the throughput of digitisation of Health Records to other departments and directorates. This is a busy but supportive team, and we are looking for individuals who have:

Advert

• Responsible for co-ordinating the scanning and digitisation of physical health records from across Aneurin Bevan University Health Board Mental Health, Community, Family & Therapy service, and other services.
• Overseeing and implementing agreed health record scanning plans within the Health Records Service.
• Planning and allocating workloads.
• Ensuring the accurate and timely scanning of patient records into the Electronic Document Management System, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
• The postholder will work to defined standards and operating procedures; the Manager will be available for reference when required.
