Are you an experienced claims specialist looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are looking for a talented individual with demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the UK life, critical illness and health protection insurance sector and strong customer service skills to manage Life, Critical Illness, and/or disability claims.

Brief Overview Of The Role

As a Claims Specialist, you'll manage Life, Critical Illness, and/or Disability claims, making key decisions and providing excellent customer support through our HALO claims service, ensuring compliance with industry standards and UK regulations while managing and enhancing our customers' experience addressing each case with precision and empathy.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role your skills and experience will be crucial in identifying trends and contributing to the continuous improving and development of best practices. A key part of your role will be to maintain open communication with customers, providing updates and guidance throughout the claims process to build trust and customer satisfaction while working with colleagues across the Company to resolve complex cases and implement strategic solutions, helping us to achieve our commitment to excellence in claims management.
