You will develop strategic client relationships, win new work and shape the future direction of our Cost Management offering.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning, growing and leading business within the healthcare, life sciences sectors.
• Established network of client and industry relationships.
• Strong market awareness and commercial insight.
• Experience leading major commissions and multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and teams.
• Ambition to shape the future of WSP's Health & Life Sciences Cost Management.
• Significant experience in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management across complex capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT and other standard forms of contract.
• MRICS or equivalent professional qualification.
