Health & Fitness Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as our new Health & Fitness Manager – a pivotal role leading the development of our health, fitness, and wellbeing services.

Overview

You’ll oversee the performance of our gyms, group exercise classes, and programmes, while engaging with the community and local workplaces to strengthen wellbeing initiatives and broaden our reach.

Responsibilities

As Health & Fitness Manager, you will lead, develop, and continuously enhance Oldham Active’s health, fitness, and wellbeing offer. You’ll work closely with the Health, Fitness and Wellbeing team to foster an inclusive, supportive culture that motivates staff and members alike.

You’ll build partnerships within the community and local workplaces, promoting physical activity and wellbeing through engaging programmes and events. Using data, feedback, and trends, you’ll evaluate and innovate our offer to ensure maximum impact and positive health outcomes.
