At Team Bath, we boast fantastic sports and fitness facilities within our iconic £35m Sports Training Village. We are seeking a part-time Health and Fitness Instructor who shares our values of excellent customer service and a people-focused approach. Use your personality to make customers feel at home!

About You

• You must hold a minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification and be willing to gain Level 3 PT qualification within 6 months.
• Qualifications in group exercise classes or a desire to teach are essential.
• You should be passionate about the industry, possess sound knowledge from your fitness qualifications, and be eager to develop through ongoing learning.

About Us

The Team Bath Gym and Fitness Centre caters to students, athletes, and the general public. Our recent expansion includes a larger gym and two purpose-built studios hosting over 100 classes weekly.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, progressive organization at the forefront of sport, health, and fitness. We value excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people achieve results. We currently run a female-only gym session and encourage more women to join, welcoming applications from female candidates, who are underrepresented in this department.

Further Information

The gym operates 7 days a week: weekdays from 6.30am to 10pm, and weekends from 8am to 7pm. The role is part-time (30 hours/week), with opportunities to teach additional classes and develop a personal training base to supplement income.
