Working Hours/Pattern: Permanent, 10 hours per week, 7am – 12pm Saturday and Sunday
Salary: £12.44 per hour + Personal Training rates + Excellent Benefits

To achieve this, we are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Health and Fitness Coach to join our team.
The main responsibilities include inspiring members to achieve their goals, delivering Group Fitness and Small Group Training sessions, and providing Personal Training. You will coach members on effective health and fitness programs tailored to their needs and advise on safe equipment use. Creating a community-oriented environment and delivering excellent customer service are essential.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate, and committed to providing excellent service. You should have good presentation, communication, and customer service skills. It is essential to hold a Level 2 Fitness Instruction qualification and be working towards a Level 3 qualification. Experience or interest in the leisure industry is beneficial.
