The purpose of the role will be to inspire our members to achieve their goals, deliver Group Fitness, Small Group Training sessions and have the opportunity to deliver Personal Training sessions. You will coach members on effective outlined Health & Fitness programmes appropriate to their needs and advise on the safe use of our exercise equipment. At all times you will help create a community orientated environment building clubs within clubs and always deliver excellent customer service. The role will involve a high level of customer interaction and there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff.

You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free membership plus other various discounts.

Qualifications
