Health Economics (Modeller) – EU Strategic Projects

Location: UK (remote)
Working pattern: Primarily remote with occasional travel for team or client meetings

Exciting permanent position with a specialist consultancy who is looking for a confident health economist to join their team. This role is focused on delivering strategic market access support across EU markets, with a particular emphasis on hands-on modelling.

The ideal candidate will be technically strong, proactive, and confident working independently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build economic models from scratch, including budget impact models, cost-effectiveness models, and Markov models
  • Contribute to EU market access projects by developing robust economic and analytical outputs
  • Use Excel and R for model development and analysis; VBA experience would be a bonus

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in health economic modelling or market access consultancy
  • Proven ability to build economic models from scratch
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and R with familiarity in VBA being a plus
  • Self-driven and independent
