It’s an exciting time to join us as we expand our delivery of the Heathier You NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme throughout South East London. We’re looking for passionate health coaches (or Diabetes Prevention Practitioners) to join our team!
The purpose of a health coach is to improve lives by empowering people to make effective long-term changes that halt or reverse the progression of Type 2 Diabetes. This is achieved through delivering our quality programmes and providing evidence-based information, supporting individuals to improve their health, lose weight, and lower their risk of developing diabetes.

About you…
We’re seeking a team player who is passionate about helping others and aligns with our core values:
Experience in delivering group-based interventions and understanding how personal circumstances impact health behaviours is important. Bonus points for qualifications in health promotion, nutrition, exercise, or health coaching. Fluency in Portuguese, Urdu, Tamil, Spanish, Gujarati, Farsi, Korean, or British Sign Language is also desirable.
