In this role, you will inspire, coach, and guide individuals to overcome challenges, gain confidence, and secure meaningful work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of customers, conduct ongoing Needs Assessments, and create tailored Action Plans.
• Coach and motivate individuals to develop job-seeking skills, including CV writing, interview preparation, and job applications.
• Engage with local employers to match participants with suitable job opportunities.
• Provide in-work support to ensure long-term success and job retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure customers have access to a range of support services.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records to track customer progress.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or delivering Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG).
• Empathy and a genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
• Experience in a performance-driven environment.
• Knowledge of local job markets and recruitment practices.
• Minimum Level 3 IAG or equivalent qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
