What will I do?

You’ll manage all aspects of the health club & spa, from driving retail revenue to ensuring guests receive top-class service whether they are receiving a treatment, on a spa weekend break, or attending the health club. You will drive membership, ensure classes are full, and uphold health & safety standards. Managing a team, you will lead by example, working alongside them as needed, and ensure the team is continually trained and delivering treatments to a high standard.

Is this the role for me?

Previous experience managing a Spa
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty / spa qualification
Knowledge and experience with Elemis & Jessica Nails would be a bonus!
Previous health club experience
Commercially minded with the ability to drive memberships
Strong compliance, health & safety, and legislation knowledge
Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor and Pool Plant/Pool Responder/Lifeguard qualifications preferred
People management experience
