We are seeking a reliable, organized Wellbeing Coordinator with experience in delivering exceptional customer care. This role may suit Hotel Managers and Guest Service Managers from 5* establishments or professionals from high-end health clubs, including Health Club Managers and Fitness Managers, with demonstrable experience in providing tailored exercise experiences and promoting active lifestyles.

The Role

The Wellbeing Coordinator plays a vital role in promoting owners' well-being and encouraging independent living. The goal is to foster a culture of wellness within The Oren, leading to improved health, productivity, and overall well-being. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing bespoke health and wellness activities; evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Coordinating with approved care partners.
  • Establishing partnerships with local providers to develop activities and events.
  • Preparing and communicating the wellbeing activity calendar.
  • Using property management system (Cubigo) to monitor and understand owners' engagement, developing individual plans.
  • Organizing flu jabs and immunizations with local pharmacies.
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef on dietary needs to promote wellbeing.
  • Conducting well-being checks and providing companionship.
  • Encouraging participation in activities.
  • Conducting needs assessments and identifying health risks, developing strategies with care partners.
  • Working alongside staff to ensure a safe, caring, effective, and responsive service.
  • Building professional relationships to promote the organization as a leader in retiree wellbeing.
  • Sharing best practices with other Wellbeing Coordinators.
  • Ensuring team adherence to professional standards, fostering a safe and healthy environment.
